Gallery in Saudi Arabia
The Arabian Art Gallery has successfully completed
the contract with the Saudi Constructioneers Est to carry the
implementation of Stained-glass project at Taibah Residential
& Commercial Center in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah. The contract
include designing, manufacturing & installation of the upper
skylight mounted up on the three-floors of the commercial center.
including decorative glass, the steel-structured frames the Stained-glass
and the safety glass (Lamenated & Curved glass) from the interior
side which is covered with the transparent (Lexan) panels from
the exterior side for protection from atmospheric effects.
The total area of this project exceeds 100 square meters consist
of octagonal flat headed dome centered with another hemispheric
dome surrounded with twelve pyramids. The project also include
the stained-glass which is insulated inside units of dubel-glass
for the two frontages of the linking bridge for the eastern and
western towers of Taibah Center. The dimensions of each frontage
amount to 3.28 meters width and 5.66 meters height. In the Center
appears the logo of Taibah Investment Company, the owner of the
Center. Riyadh House for Engineering Consultations aproved The
design which is selected derived from the Islamic architectural
style to correspond to the spirituals of the sacred city.
In addition, the Arabian Art Gallery has concluded the implementation
of the stained-glass wendows for King Abdul Aziz Mosque in Abha
which contain 80 windows insulated inside units of dubel-glass
of the size 0.90 meter by 1.70 meters height, each. The selected
designs for these windows are distinguished with its nature. Designs
were implied from the lockal culture of Asir Region in the Southern
part of the Kingdom. King Abdul Aziz Mosque, which is buled by
Bin Jarrallah Establishment for contracting and supervised by
the Ministry of Public Works & Accommodation, is considered
one of the significant landmarks of Asir Region.
Previously the Arabian Art Gallery has concluded the installation
of artistic stained-glass landmark, in the Sahara Shopping Center
located at the junction of King Abdul Aziz and Prince Abdullah
Bin Abdul Aziz Roads,Riyadh. The contract signed with Al-Rugaib
Company, the center's owner, include manufacturing and installation
of a stained-glass sphere of a 2.5 meters diameter centering the
fountain at the main courtyard of the center. The sphere is illuminated
from its interior side and protected by a pyramid made of clear
glass and aluminum covered with stainless steel. A water fountain
on its top water falling on the four sides of the pyramid. Ontop
of the pyramid, a overturn pyramid steel structured and stained-glass
hanged to the roof of the center. The length of the pyramid's
base sides is 6-meter and its depth is 3 meters in addition to
the stained-glass covering the columns-crowns which surrounds
the courtyard of the center.
In the mean time Arabian Art Gallery is engaged in many projects
one of which is Al Awidah Palaces in Alwaha district, Riyadh.
The project consist of 8 stained glass domes with diameters ranging
from 2 up to 4.40 meters, 18 windows 50 by 260 cm, 20 windows
150 by 145 cm, 12 windows 254 by 120 cm, 4.5 by 3.5 swimming pool
frontage. The aluminum & steel framing is included in the
contract, leaded and brass stained glass project.
Another on going projects, a privet palace in Yanbu, a privet
palace in Hayl and many projects in Riyadh.
